We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with experience in business analysis or service improvement, ideally within a digital or healthcare environment. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of change across a varied portfolio of projects.

You will have a good understanding of Business Analysis, including experience of using recognised tools, techniques and methodologies, along with a working knowledge of project management principles.

We would like to highlight that this position is not a Data Analyst role and is focused on Business Analysis and change delivery. Please ensure that your application clearly demonstrates relevant Business Analysis skills, experience and methodologies.

- Assist in the co-design of future state processes and digital solutions
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits
- Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions
- Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards

We welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about digital transformation and improving services for patients and staff. This role offers the opportunity to further develop skills in business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery within a supportive team environment.
