We are looking for highly motivated Radiographers to join our very busy Radiology team here at The Princess Royal Hospital (PRH), Telford site which includes a rotation to the state-of-the-art Community Diagnostic Centre in Telford.

### Main duties of the job

These posts would be suitable for newly qualified or experienced Radiographers who would be provided with the opportunity to develop their skills.

Main duties include:

- Carry out quality x-ray imaging in line with departmental protocols
- Undertake theatre and mobile x-ray procedures
- Participate in the on call and out-of-hours x-ray service
- Assist in training students and apprentices
- To provide a high-quality service for patients across the department
- Undertake CT brain and cervical spine scans to support the on-call service
- To carry out clinical and administrative work as a member of the Radiology team

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience working in general radiography during training or in previous position
- Experience in out of hours working during training
- Training in CT head scanning

**Desirable**

- Experience or training in an NHS Hospital

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- BSc Hon Diagnostic Radiography/ DCR (score 2 for prospective 2026 graduates)
- HCPC registration (score 2 for prospective 2026 graduates)
