We are seeking a proactive and patient-focused individual to deliver a comprehensive appointment booking service and oversee the smooth operation of all radiology reception desks. The successful candidates will ensure that desk activities are managed efficiently and in line with departmental protocols.

The post holders must possess a thorough understanding of radiology investigations, booking procedures, and relevant information systems to support seamless service delivery.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Strong IT proficiency, with knowledge of Epic systems considered an advantage

- Confidence in working independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines
