This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape specialist podiatry services and support the development of integrated diabetic foot care across community, primary, and acute settings. The post holder will deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with complex and high-risk diabetic foot conditions, including ulceration, infection, neuropathy, and vascular disease. Working autonomously, you will manage a complex caseload while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, prevent hospital admissions, and reduce the risk of lower limb amputation. In addition, you will contribute to service development, clinical governance, research, and patient education, promoting best practice and high-quality, evidence-based care.
