The Diabetes Practice Nurse will assess patients and plan, implements and review treatment programs. The Duabetes Practice Nurse will have shared responsibility for training and supervision of new members of the nursing team and colleagues. ### About us The Practice serves approximately 31,000 patients from our 4 surgeries in Earley, Lower Earley, Winnersh and Wilderness Road.
