This role is ideally suited to an experienced midwife wishing to develop their leadership, coordination, and operational management skills within a supportive and fast-paced maternity environment. Working alongside experienced coordinators and the wider multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will be supported to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to safely and effectively coordinate the Delivery Suite. The post holder will continue to provide high-quality, woman-centred care while developing skills in patient flow management, clinical prioritisation, escalation processes, and workforce coordination. They will also contribute to maintaining a safe clinical environment through evidence-based practice, clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. We are looking for a Midwife who is committed to delivering high standards of care, demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills, and is motivated to progress into a leadership role within maternity services.
