This is a fixed term post for 12 months to cover maternity leave. You must have current experience working in an acute hospital setting and a passion for patient safety, simulation based education. The successful applicant will join us in making a positive impact on patient care and supporting our multi-disciplinary colleagues through delivering and developing resuscitation operational services, simulation and resuscitation training to meet national and local standards. You will also be involved in patient safety improvements and initiatives and clinical audit program's across the different Trust sites which the team leads or contributes to. The role requires a minimum of 3 years post registration experience, providing patient care in an acute clinical area and the post-holder will need to have up to date clinical and resuscitation practical and theoretical knowledge in your relevant field.
