### Job overview

Are you a dynamic and visionary leader passionate about shaping the future of dermatology services? We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive the rapid recovery and transformation of our dermatology services at University Hospitals Sussex. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and contribute to a unified, future-ready dermatology service across the Trust.

You will champion sustainable models such as community dermatology, virtual clinics, and enhanced triage to improve patient access and outcomes. This role will involve building the foundations for a future-ready service, including workforce planning, digital enablers, and modern infrastructure, aligning transformation efforts with NHS Sussex priorities and broader outpatient recovery initiatives.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan to engage all stakeholders (clinicians, executives, patient groups) on recovery progress and transformation changes.
