This is a very exciting opportunity for Deputy Ward Managers to support leadership on our Winter Escalation Ward as part of our proactive response to Site capacity, demand and patient flow

We are looking for a dynamic , highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Multi-disciplinary team providing high quality nursing care within this busy ward.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, team working skills and dedicated to improving the patients experience.

You will need to demonstrate continuing professional development and a strong commitment to develop others and work closely within a Multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must have at least 2 years demonstrable experience of working as a Band 5 ideally in an acute hospital setting.

Although this post is a permanent post and in the first instance for Ward 24 Winter Escalation Ward successful candidates will be required to be redeployed to another clinical area when the ward closes.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
