This role is ideal for a skilled radiographer who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical practice with managerial and leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused Plain Film service. You will join the Radiology leadership team at an exciting time of growth and development and will contribute to the continued expansion of Plain Film services across RWT. Working closely with the Plain Film Superintendents, you will provide both clinical expertise and day-to-day operational support, including staff supervision, service coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. Applicants must hold a Degree (or equivalent) in Diagnostic Radiography and be registered with the HCPC. Recent NHS experience is essential. Interviews will be conducted face to face. ### Main duties of the job This position will support the Superintendent Radiographer in the operational, clinical and managerial leadership of the Plain Film service. The post holder will help ensure the delivery of a safe, effective, and high‑quality service, maintaining professional, technical and patient‑centred standards.
