We fundamentally specialise in Cystic Fibrosis, Lung Defence and Pulmonary Vascular Disease, but we do see other respiratory specialities on the ward such as Interstitial Lung Disease, Thoracic Oncology and Transplant. Alongside the day-to-day ward management, the role entails managing a group of Registered Nurses and Assistant Practitioners; to inspire them through role modelling clinical and professional excellence and supporting them in delivering an excellent patient experience. We are looking for a proficient staff nurse who is confident in the management of Velitri with excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy are essential when dealing with patients and their relatives as well as other members of the multidisciplinary team. ### Main duties of the job This is a time-pressurised environment. You must be a team player who is well organised, flexible and able to deal with ever-changing priorities.
