You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm in caring for women undergoing all aspects of Breast and Gynaecological care this includes supporting women undergoing management of Miscarriage and termination of pregnancy. This post would include supervision of junior members of the team, coordinating the ward on shift, and providing support to Ward Manager and to enable junior members of the team to develop. Ideally you should have a least 12 months experience as a Band 5. There will be opportunities for you to develop and expand within your role. ### Main duties of the job Women’s Health Ward is a 12 bed ward, with 1 bed allocated for Emergency Gynaecology Assessment. The successful candidate will support women undergoing management of miscarriage and termination of pregnancy. There will be opportunities for you to develop and expand within your role.
