## Job Content

Leonards Croft is located in Stafford. We provide residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, or both. The service is off a busy main road, around 15 minutes from the town centre.The team at our home are committed to providing our residents with the skills needed to live an active and fulfilled life, as independently as possible.

- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
