## Job Content

The Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs. We are on a busy street, very close to the town centre, local amenities and public transport links.Our team are dedicated to ensuring the people we care for are supported to live their best life, meeting their desired outcomes and goals.

- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
