The postholder is responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the prison under delegated authority from the Head of Healthcareand may lead the development of a particularly complex delivery area. The postholder will manage service level agreements, ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the essential standards of quality and safety and be guided by general policies and interpret as required.
