Main duties of the job

This role is key to ensuring the effective management of the Trust’s Capital programme ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Across all of our hospitals.  The post holder will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to programme within budget and to the right quality standards and take a key involvement in the shaping, implementation and on-going development of the Trusts Estate Strategy including master planning and strategic options.

As Deputy Head of Capital Projects at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will lead the planning, delivery and management of major capital developments, playing a pivotal role in the transformation of our hospital estate.

You will oversee the redevelopment of our facilities to create a modern, state-of-the-art environment that supports the delivery of outstanding healthcare for the people of Hillingdon and beyond. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
