The Deputy Borough Director supports the Borough Director and Clinical Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management for Adult Community Mental Health Services across Bedfordshire and Luton, deputises for the Borough Director, assists the Associate Clinical Director in daily service delivery, and holds overall responsibility for the operational management of these services within the directorate.

We are looking for a values-driven leader who can balance strategic vision with operational delivery. You will bring:

- Senior management experience within health or social care services (mental health preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- A track record of driving service improvement and innovation.
