Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance, you will provide expert financial leadership, business partnering and decision support to the Complex Care division, CLCH senior management and West & North London ICB. You will lead financial planning, reporting and performance management across a complex portfolio, supporting service transformation, contract negotiations and the delivery of financial sustainability. As a senior member of both the Complex Care Management Team and the Senior Finance Team, you will help shape strategy, influence decision-making and support the delivery of high-quality services for the communities we serve. The role also includes deputising for the Director of Operational Finance and, where required, the Chief Finance Officer. We are looking for a CCAB-qualified accountant with substantial NHS or equivalent experience, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build effective relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
