To be a Value Maker and Finance and Clinical Educator champion. - Provide effective leadership on RAAC, New Hospital Programme and EPR. - Deputise for the Executive Director of Finance as required. ### Main duties of the job - Support the Executive Director of Finance in the development of a financial strategy which will ensure the sustainability of the Trust. - Develop within the Finance function a culture that encourages the use of initiative, individual and team responsibility, adaptability to change, and open communications. - Support and inspire staff towards continuous improvement and the delivery of patient focused care. - Work across the Place and ICS with colleagues to support a partnership approach that lends itself to collaborative working and supports the agenda of Act as One and working as an ICS partnership.
