Dental Referrals Lead Administrator

Permanent, Full time (part time considered)

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week (30 hours, 4 days per week considered)

Bases: Tapton Innovation Centre, Brimington Road, ChesterfieldS41 0TZ

Salary: £28,392- £31,157 per annum (pro rata if part time)

We are seeking to recruit a Dental Referrals Lead Administrator to oversee, manage and coordinate all activities for the Derbyshire Referrals Team including the line management and training of the Referrals Coordinators. You will be responsible for managing and recording the receipt of referrals into a range of dental services provided by Community Dental Services, ensuring that the service responds appropriately to set criteria within the agreed time frame.

### Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be resourceful and highly motivated and will work proactively in a role where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. You will have good organisational, planning and time management skills.

Applicants will have experience of interpreting and utilising complex data to ensure data quality and integrity is maintained and will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You will be able to use appropriate software to manipulate data, produce documents, reports and have a knowledge of data protection, data security and a clear understanding of confidentiality.
