An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual  to join our Stockport Talking Therapies Department as an inputter/Receptionist, that will be based in the Psychological Therapies Reception and Administration office.

If you have administration and reception experience, are committed to delivering a high quality service and providing the very best standard of care for our patients, then this could be the opportunity for you.

### Main duties of the job

To be responsible for accurate and timely date inputting, ensuring patient records are updated accuraatly. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, covering the Psychological Therapies Reception, sending appointment text alerts, along with other duties to ensure that the department meets all customer and patient services.

You should have excellent IT, communication and administration skills. We are seeking for someone that is organised with a meticulous approach to work with attention to detail. You will be proactive and able to manage your own working time effectively.

### Education and Qualifications

- GCSE Mathematics and English
- Knowledge and experience in administration, data inputting, reception
