As Head of Data Assurance Unit and Clinical Coding Training Lead, you will provide senior leadership for clinical coding education, workforce capability, quality assurance and data assurance across the Trust. You will act as the Trust's technical lead authority for clinical coding training and development, helping to strengthen coding quality, documentation standards and organisational assurance. Working closely with operational, clinical, digital and corporate colleagues, you will use assurance intelligence, audit outcomes and workforce insight to deliver targeted improvement initiatives, strengthen coding capability and support income assurance.
