### Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Data & Digital Manager to join our team at Vernova Healthcare CIC.

This is a key role for someone with strong analytical and technical knowledge, supporting the delivery of high-quality NHS services across Eastern Cheshire. The role includes responsibility for producing statutory and national NHS data returns, alongside business intelligence and supporting the effective use of digital systems.

### Main duties of the job

This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for business intelligence, performance reporting, digital systems and information governance.

Responsibilities include producing business intelligence, preparing and submitting statutory and national NHS data returns, developing reporting solutions and maintaining digital systems.

Working with clinical and operational colleagues, the role supports reporting requirements, organisational performance and service improvement. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines are essential.
