## Job Content

### Job overview

To support our ambition of being a compassionate and inclusive organisation, this role contributes to cultural development at individual, team, organisational and system level. It ensures our work aligns with Trust objectives, the Trust CHOICE values and the expectations of partners across the wider health and care system.

Working as part of the HR & OD team, the role supports the delivery of operational and strategic organisational development services that build team effectiveness and enhance frontline service delivery. The postholder will monitor culture‑related data, analyse trends, facilitate targeted interventions and engagement and provide informed advice to further support collaboration, organisational wellbeing and people experience.

### Main duties of the job

The role supports the design and delivery of organisational development, culture change and employee engagement initiatives across the Trust and System. Acting as a key point of contact for OD enquiries, they build strong relationships with managers and staff, facilitate workshops and training, provide advice and guidance on engagement and culture interventions and help create psychologically safe and inclusive working environments. The role requires coordinating engagement networks and programmes, analysing feedback and data to inform improvement activities and contributing to wider service and culture development. A key feature of the role is the balance between people-focused engagement and facilitation activities and the substantial behind-the-scenes organisation required to make these successful, including programme coordination, administration, communications, resource preparation, evaluation, reporting, systems management and maintaining engagement platforms. This blend of interpersonal and operational responsibilities ensures the effective implementation and sustainability of OD strategies and initiatives across the Trust.
