This is an exciting time to join South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust as we continue our cultural transformation through our Building Trust Together culture programme.

We are seeking a passionate, skilled CIPD qualified Level 7, Culture and Leadership Partner to play a key role in helping our people feel safe, well led and valued. This is a visible, practical, and people-focused role, working closely with leaders, managers and teams across the Trust to support meaningful and sustainable culture change.

We are looking for someone with strong facilitation, coaching and engagement skills, who is confident working with a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed workforce. The successful candidate will be able to engage with difference, create psychologically safe spaces, support honest conversations and help translate culture, values, and leadership expectations into everyday practice.

The postholder will be expected to work onsite at one of our SCAS centres three days per week, working flexibly across the SCAS geographical area to support local engagement, leadership development, and culture improvement activity.

- Work across the core workstreams: People Feel Safe, People Feel Well Led and People Feel Valued.

- Design and facilitate workshops, team interventions and development conversations.
- Create safe and inclusive spaces where staff can share experiences, explore difference and build trust.
- Use insight, feedback and evaluation to support continuous improvement.

You will lead and deliver key culture and leadership programmes—from design and consultation through to implementation and evaluation—ensuring they are evidence-based, inclusive and deliver measurable outcomes.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will engage and influence stakeholders, facilitate leadership development, and support teams through coaching and consultancy. You’ll play a key role in embedding equality, diversity and inclusion across all workstreams, while using data insights to continuously improve and demonstrate impact.

This role requires strong project management, communication and facilitation skills, alongside the ability to motivate others, challenge constructively and lead change. ### Essential

**Essential**

- Degree in healthcare or personnel-related subject or workplace knowledge, skills and experience of Organisational development
- Experience of and passion for training/facilitating at all levels of the organisation in both face to face and virtual environments
- Experience of leadership training and development of leaders – e.g. leadership programmes, career coaching or talent management initiatives
- Able to formulate and drive delivery of complex, multiple stakeholder initiatives
- Able to plan, organise and deliver a broad range of complex OD activities and interventions across team and departmental boundaries
