Working to set standards & protocols, functioning in accordance with best practice and in a manner that meets professional, departmental and legal standards and requirements - Able to perform a wide range of CT protocols. - Assist in more complex CT examinations under the supervision of senior staff. - Take part in the provision of a 24-hour CT service. - Organise the efficient control of workflow patterns within the department when acting as a senior of the day, if required. - Proven ability to perform as part of a team. - Able to organise own workload and that of junior staff. - We have a range of scanners across sites, including 3 Siemens 128 Slice, and 2 Canon Aquilion One volumetric scanners Please note, this vacancy may close earlier than the advertised date, if  a sufficient number of application are receive. ### Main duties of the job - To provide a 24/7 CT service to the Trust, by producing high quality images. - To teach student radiographers, radiographic assistants and all  radiographers. - To have expert knowledge with CRIS and PACS Please note this vacancy may close early due to the volume of applications. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities For a more detailed job description and main responsibilities, please refer to the job description document attached to this vacancy.
