An exciting opportunity has arisen within our proactive Critical Care Outreach Team for a 12 months fixed term contract. We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced and highly motivated critical care nurse who will work with the team to support us in the delivery of a high-quality 24-hour service across both Chelsea and Sutton sites.  You will work collaboratively to provide acute oncology care to at risk or deteriorating cancer patients. You will carry out advanced assessment and care of deteriorating patients leading to early intervention and treatment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously is essential. You will be part of the Resuscitation team/Hospital@Night and would be required as an ALS provider to lead rescue interventions and facilitate transfers to and from critical care. You will work a mixture of days and nights as well as weekends within the team. You will be involved in the service development, improvement and participate actively in audit and research.
