The Post holder will provide specialist care and advice for post-surgical and critical in-patients with a variety of complex conditions and act as an advisory role to the medical and nursing management of these patients.  The successful applicant will need to be experienced in all aspects of critical care nutrition, able to work both autonomously and closely within the Nutrition and Dietetics team and collaboratively with other departments. They should have a good understanding of research, audit and quality improvement and have a desire to lead and innovate to improve standards of nutrition care. The Post holder will work as part of a dynamic Critical Care team responsible for all types of nutrition support for adult patients undergoing complex surgeries. This post provides an opportunity for a diverse and interesting caseload and potential for paediatric and other areas of dietetics. .
