Are you a Support Worker with a motivation to work in mental health, and an interest in crisis management and support?

Would you thrive in a role where you work with a relatively small, but complex caseload?

If so, our Band 4 Crisis Support, Time & Recovery (STR) Worker role in our neighbourhood mental health team (NMHT) may be the role for you!

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Band 4 Crisis STR worker. We are a well-staffed multi-disciplinary team made up of Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, a Psychologist, Psychiatrists, Support Workers and a Pharmacy Technician.

### Main duties of the job

Your role will involve supporting Lead Practitioners with their caseload of patients. Your role will involve supporting patients with targeted interventions, which are time limited, as well as social and practical support to service users by building up relationships with them. This particular role has a specific remit to provide preventive work with service users under the NMHT to avoid crisis or admission and support transition back from the crisis team to the NMHT.
