The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will involve telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E. We are seeking to recruit dynamic and positive practitioners to support in this new service. We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our busy team and who has a passion and desire to work with individuals in crisis within the community delivering a caring and safe service.
