The Harrogate Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team are seeking a full time band 5 clinician - open to registered nurses, occupational therapists and social workers with current relevant registration with the NMC, HCPC or SWE. The post holder will be part of a resilient, welcoming and professional team who work collaboratively with internal and external partners to meet the needs of those who are experiencing a crisis in their mental health needs. This post is not open to Newly Registered Nurses, candidates must have their NMC registration in place and successfully completed the preceptorship programme in order to be considered. This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. The team will be based at The Orchards, Ripon, and operates over 24 hours, 7 days a week with a 12 hour shift working pattern. The team are able to support newly qualified clinicians through the preceptorship programme. Successful applicants will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and there is ample opportunity to develop and enhance your existing clinical skills. You will receive regular supervision and there are good training opportunities. As a member of the team you will provide a service to those individuals who present with a mental health crisis who may require a period of crisis intervention as an alternative to admission. The team are also responsible for gatekeeping admissions to the acute admission wards as well as supporting bed management. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Please see attached job description.
