So we are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings.  We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individuals with experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

This is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we undergo a period of significant growth, offering excellent opportunity for progression. We have a wide range of positions available at various levels including project managers, estates officers (mechanical and electrical), supervisors and assistants, so whatever your discipline, background and experience, come and take a look at how you can form part of our brilliant team.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Electrical fault finding and repair
- Electrical Maintenance
- Electrical Installation and commisioning

**Desirable**

- Maintenance of Healthcare Electrical Systems
- HTM CP Appointment

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Good basic education GCSE Qualification or equivalent in Maths and English
- C & G Level 3 Electrical Qualification or similar
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills

**Desirable**

- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar
- Fire alarm system maintenance
- C & G 2391 Inspection and Testing or similar
