We are seeking a full-time Band 6 CAMHS Core Practitioner (RMN/SW/OT) to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to work independently and with others in the MDT Team to deliver a high standard of evidence-based clinical care for young people who are experiencing significant deterioration in their mental health, requiring specialist interventions. Please note that this is a 12-month secondment/fixed term post. ### Main duties of the job You will hold a caseload of complex cases, provide leadership and work in partnership with service users, their carers, colleagues across Children's and Young Persons Services as well as external agencies such as schools and Social Care.
