Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) (the proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview) b. Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) application submitted, with evidence provided, and at an advanced stage with outcome expected within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 3 to 6 months), including where delays are due to GMC processes c.
