Some of these patients will be subject to Mental Health Act (MHA) provisions (conditionally discharged, guardianship or CTO). Care co-ordination is provided by community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists or mental health practitioners. You will have specific consultant responsibility predominantly for patients across Nottinghamshire.
