If you are an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. You will have a consistent and child-centred approach, can provide senior clinical leadership to the MDT, offer consultation to other professionals and facilitate the development of the team and wider service. If you would like to discuss informally if this is the right role for you, get in touch with Recruiting Manager which can be found on the top right-hand side of the advert. ### Main duties of the job To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies.To manage a compact case load of the most complex cases and to provide senior medical advice, support, consultancy and clinical leadership to Herefordshire and Worcestershire Core CAMHS.To conduct outpatient clinics consisting of routine and urgent new patient assessments and review/follow up appointments.To carry out home visits and telephone/remote consultations with service users as appropriate.To participate in appropriate multi-disciplinary team meetings such as MDT meetings & CPA reviews.To maintain electronic health records in accordance with Trust policies.To undertake and maintain statutory and mandatory training requirements.To actively participate in clinical governance activities.To work within the duties and responsibilities of the Mental Health Act. ### About us At Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, we are working together to deliver outstanding care.
