This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, dynamic and supportive service and we are happy to consider less than full time working/job share as an alternative to the full-time position described.

The team has an excellent track record of delivering outstanding patient care having previously been nominated for their work. We enjoy excellent links with our key partner agencies across North Derbyshire and have link workers with our Special Schools delivering a comprehensive training programme.
