The RRP is pro rata for part time employees. We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Children & Young People’s (CYPS) Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity, working with a unique integrated service mental health & social care. The service is a tier 4 prevention service. Candidate will be leading clinically consulting with care coordinators that will be offering outreach visits to homes/hospitals/schools The service has 2 day programme running as day hospital & a respite crisis house. You will be working alongside another consultant & 1 or 2 resident doctors. Fully integrated Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) using a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) model but all range of therapy available. You’ll be joining a Trust committed to early intervention, prevention, & supporting young people to thrive. You will participate in an emergency out-of-hours rota, providing back-up for junior doctors and professionals in assessing young people seen in A&E.
