This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of restorative dentistry services across Dorset. Working within a highly regarded multidisciplinary Head and Neck service, you will have the opportunity to influence service development, contribute to strategic planning and help define the future direction of restorative dentistry within a major acute NHS Trust.

### Main duties of the job

Shape the Future of the Service

We are looking for a consultant who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of restorative dentistry within Dorset. This role offers genuine scope to influence service development, strengthen clinical pathways and contribute to the ongoing evolution of a specialist Head and Neck service serving patients across the region.

The minimum commitment is 4 PAs per week, with flexibility up to full time. Tuesday availability is required to support participation in the weekly Head and Neck MDT meeting.

Transforming Services

UHD are investing, developing and transforming Trust services in line with the New Hospital Programme. As part of this, some services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or permanently. Recruiting Managers will be happy to answer any service-specific questions at interview.
