The post will be located in the Royal Hospital for Children adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and with out-patient duties in RHC and other localities throughout GGC and Argyll & Bute. In addition to its many national and regional specialist tertiary services, the Directorate also supports an extensive array of community child health services. RHC, Glasgow, is the largest paediatric teaching hospital in Scotland and is a world leader in the provision of child and adolescent health services. It provides care, not only for children resident within Greater Glasgow, but is also a tertiary referral centre for children from the West of Scotland and, in some sub-specialties, from the whole of Scotland and wider. Applicants must possess full GMC registration and a licence to practise.
