Our objective is for Beechlydene Ward to be the best provider of working age adult in-patient care in the region. They will work with ward staff on quality improvement, including introducing innovative practice, improving safety, engagement with carers and psycho-education for patients. Contribute to local academic programme teaching junior doctors, medical students and staff in allied professions. In addition, there is a monthly PDP group and Peer Supervision. CPD activities are supported.
