We want great colleagues to join our expanding team. ED is a demanding but rewarding speciality and we all want to be able to work in a sustainable inclusive way. To attract the right candidate and support them to do a great job we are offering the following: - 7 : 3 DCC : SPA job plan as standard for full time staff - RCEM enhanced PA rates for out of hours DCC work. - Self-Rostering and Annualised Job Plans ### Main duties of the job We want to provide a supportive, inclusive environment to allow staff to deliver great care, provide great education and have a great work life balance. The Emergency Department has undergone a full refurbishment as part of our Emergency Village project. The Emergency Department includes separate facilities for children.  Additionally, we have a co-located  Medical Assessment Centre, co-located UTC and a frailty assessment unit that we have access to.
