Audit **Essential** - Thorough understanding of principles of medical audit. Must have undertaken and completed audit projects. ### Registration **Essential** - Name on Specialist Register on date of taking appointment - Full registration with the GMC ### Qualifications **Essential** - MB BS or equivalent - Membership of the Royal College of Physician (MRCP) or equivalent **Desirable** - Higher degree (MD, PhD or equivalent) ### Personal Skills **Essential** - Effective communicator, able to work in a multidisciplinary team and co-operate with all medical and paramedical staff ### 5.
