The post is available as a full time position, but those wishing to work less than full time are welcome to discuss. The post is subject to the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s terms and conditions and the salary reflects national contract provisions. The appointee will report to the Medical Director of the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the job plan will be agreed with the Clinical Director for Community Paediatrics in the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will be based predominantly in the Amber Valley area of South Derbyshire. As part of the community paediatric team, they will provide community child health services in clinics (and other venues when appropriate contributing to the joint paediatrician assessments with the speech and language therapist).
