We are the lead laboratory within a developing digital pathology network that includes Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. About the department Our department currently comprises three substantive consultants and is expanding to establish a full complement of six consultant cellular pathologists. Applicants must hold: - GMC Specialist Registration (or be within six months of obtaining CCT) - FRCPath or equivalent - Broad experience in histopathology and diagnostic cytopathology - We are particularly interested in candidates able to provide leadership and service development in Breast Pathology and Skin Pathology. ### Applicant requirements You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service. ## Person Specification ### Training **Essential** - Applicants that are UK trained must ALSO be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview.
