Contribute to the Adult Congenital Heart disease service including outpatient clinics, including potentially speciality and outreach clinics, ACHD echo lists and multidisciplinary team meetings. There is currently a very small in-patient care commitment, but it is anticipated that this will increase as the service grows. 2. Contribute to the Echocardiography service including transthoracic echocardiography lists, and imaging opinion as part of the inpatient urgent MDT meetings and other MDT meetings. 4. Provide intra-procedural imaging for interventional procedures including the atrial septal defect and left atrial appendage closure service and valve intervention services as required. 5. Contribute to the training of junior doctors in accordance with standards required by College, Postgraduate Dean and Trust. Participate in the education programme for medical students attached to Royal Papworth. 6. Demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development. 7. Work with the team to support the research programme, and to contribute to audit activities.
