### Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to provide senior leadership and support the development of newly forming Complex Psychosis teams in the Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow as team manager, bringing together the existing Community Rehabilitation Service and new investment for service users who need an assertive approach to engagement as part of their clinical presentation.

Successful candidates will show significant knowledge and experience of the clinical, policy and legislative frameworks that support the care of people experiencing psychosis with complex needs.
