Nights - £16.22 per hour Tuesday-Sunday & £17.30 per hour Mondays Hours: Bank, days or waking nights (days - 08:00-20:00, nights - 20:00-08:00) About the Role Youll be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who due to an acquired spinal injury requires support with complex needs such as, tetraplegia, epilepsy, autonomic dysreflexia and tracheostomy care. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives in his own property with his dog and a team of support workers 24/7, enjoys practical subjects like mechanics (motorbikes especially) and carpentry alongside, chess and watching TV.
