Were offering an exciting opportunity for a support workers to work alongside our client with complex needs in Lowestoft Suffolk. Pay: £13.65 to £14.75 depending on shift Hours: Days: 7:00am7:00pm | Waking Nights: 7:00pm7:00am | Sleeping Nights: 7:00pm7:00am (Sleep-in: 10:00pm7:00am) About the Role Youll be supporting an adult who lives at home with his parents and their two small, friendly dogs. He has a tracheostomy and PEG feeding and requires support from a dedicated 2:1 care team. He enjoys spending time at home, playing games on his laptop, and has a great sense of humour. Building a positive, trusting relationship with him is an important part of the role. We're looking for someone with a solid background in care who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys providing person-centred support. Previous complex care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and all other aspects of his specialist support.
