As a Band 7 Tissue Viability CNS, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, teaching, management, and care to patients with pressure ulcers and other complex wounds, within the community. This position requires a passionate advocate for patient-centred care. You will be a key clinical leader, supporting the development and implementation of best practices, enhancing quality of care, and empowering both patients and healthcare professionals with knowledge and expertise in Tissue Viability. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patient care and to develop further as a clinical specialist within a supportive and progressive environment. If you are passionate about Tissue Viability and pressure ulcer prevention, we encourage you to apply ### Main duties of the job Act as a specialist in tissue viability, and a core member of the  wider Community Nursing Team. To provide professional and clinical leadership in aspects of tissue viability issues across Northern Lincolnshire. Management of patient referrals to the Tissue Viability Service. Review current treatments, resources use and monitor the outcomes and cost effectiveness of care provision. Provide training and education programmes about tissue viability to all levels of staff and disciplines. Focusing on ward-based training. To lead and work collaboratively with other team members to identify and deliver Tissue Viability Trust wide projects.
